Registration

The registration fee is $250.00 per person and includes meals, lodging (quad occupancy), lectures and transportation to the church services and social activities. The deadline for registration is November 30, 2010.

Each participant MUST complete a good conduct agreement and all those under 18 years of age MUST have the signed release of a parent.

The registration form on the next page may be completed online, but the pdf file on the thank you page must be donloaded, signatures obtained and mailed with a check for the fee to:
